FW: [yard-blog] Another Sample Post
Hi Dad,
I built a prototype blog last night that you should check out. It's at http://yard-blog.blogspot.com. Basically I customized a template at a free blog hosting site. You can post updates from the site management area, or you can post them by email, using a special address I've included in the cc field. So, this email will appear on the blog as a new update. That's the good news, I think: It would be easy to run a blog parallel to your USNA at Large list by just adding this address to your bcc field for every email you send. (although only I can do this at this point, since the email has to originate from a specific place).
Below is what a post looks like when it arrives at the blog administrator's email address. You can use pull quotes, as you can see.
Take a look and let me know what you think.
