RE: More Sea Trials

RSS is basically a continuous feed. It's kind of geeky, but it allows you to get updates whenever they occur from different sources. You do so using an "aggregator." I use the Yahoo version. I've attached a screenshot which will hopefully come across.

I'll see if I can set you up as the administrator. Pretty interesting stuff.

The email I've used in the cc is the secret email address that automatically makes your email a post. That's the address you could put in the bcc field for all your emails, so you could post to the blog without letting everyone else do the same.

Jack,
  * Tested a post to the blog last night.  Seemed to work.
  * What is RSS again?  Some sort of continuous feed?
  * How can I begin tinkering with the blog?
Getting enthused about this.  Did a search last night for other Naval Academy related blogs and there were just two that popped up and they were pretty quiescent.
    Thanks, Dad
